Equal Protection: a requirement under the U.S. Constitution for ourselves and posterity

Just as in Roe v. Wade (1973), the U.S. Supreme Court failed in Dobbs v. Jackson (2022) to apply the Fourteenth Amendment’s protections to persons in the womb. This injustice violates not only the Fourteenth Amendment, but Amendments Five, Six, Eight, and Nine.

Most of all, the Dobbs and Roe decisions directly contradict the stated purposes of the U.S. Constitution: to “establish justice” and “blessings” for “ourselves and our posterity.”

Destroying posterity in the womb literally destroys our future. We must restore, in every corner of our nation and in every state, equal protection for all.
